The name of the institution shall be IBN TAIMIYAH FOUNDATION ACADEMY, Inc. It comprises the Elementary Department, Junior and Senior High Department, Madrasah Department, without prejudice for future operation of technical and tertiary education programs.
The Ibn Taimiyah as adopted by ITFA is inspired after the prestigious and respected scholar of Islam, Sheikhul Islam Ibnu Taimiyah. It is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and accredited by the Department of Education.
The seal of ITFA is a circular logo bound by a green ribbon. The circumference is inscribed with the name of ITFA written in English. A figure of minaret is bordered by the text. This resembles that of a mosque under which is a yellow book held by a torch., symbol of education.It symbolizes education as the light. An inscription of Arabic text that reads “IQRA” meaning “READ” is embossed in bold capturing the emphasis on holistic knowledge. Cultivated plains are also engraved at the center of the seal which marks the goals of the institution. Green is the prominent color of the seal followed by yellow, blue and black. This seal may be made to represent the banner of the instituiion and may not be changed without the consent of the entire membership of the ITFA community.
